FAIR WARNING! The organizing committee of this convention went against the advice of some well-meaning Kiwanis Leaders not to allow the sale of meal coupons.
Our intention...... Kiwanis being a family organization and Cebu being a family-oriented tourist destination, we wanted to encourage the Kiwanians to bring their families with them to experience Kiwanism and the world-renown Cebuano hospitality.
Now we have been receiving disturbing reports that some Kiwanians, both local and from outside the Philippines, will not register anymore and will just buy meal tickets for the major events. Please be reminded that the meal coupons are intended only for families of registered Kiwanians, NOT for Kiwanians. We have installed in place various steps to insure that this policy is strictly followed. Furthermore, the meal coupons are limited due to space limitations
The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse to sell any meal coupon to anyone if they are not fully satisfied one is a valid guest and not a Kiwanian trying to take advantage. Kiwanians who try to take advantage will be asked to leave the venue. Their names will be posted at the main entrance so they will not be allowed entry to the convention anymore. Please be guided accordingly. |

.....As per request of our hard-working ASPAC Secretary/Treasurer Belle Garcia, we have just loaded the following important ASPAC documents on the website: By-laws, Standang Rules, Basic Parliamentary Procedurtes, Briefs on the Committee on Elections and Committee on Credentials, Certification of Delegates and Delegates-at-Large, Qualifications of Candidates for Office, ASPAC and ASPAC Goal.

We have completely changed all the registration forms to Word Format for easy printing and forwarding to us. Besides, the local credit card company requires the cardholder's signature in the form submitted to them. |

The organizing committee, after receiving various suggestions and recommendations from concerned ASPAC Kiwanians and after considering the already confirmed schedules of some of our invited guest speakers, has finally come out with the official program for the 2009 ASPAC Convention.
